Construction Manager Fire Protection (M/F/D)

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent management of projects in the field of structural fire protection, mainly in southern Germany
  • Independent scheduling of personnel and materials
  • Continuous quality, deadline, and cost control
  • Preparation of measurement and billing documents
  • Participation in construction meetings
  • First point of contact for all technical matters
  • Preparation of construction reports and ongoing project documentation
Your Qualifications

  • Completed training with work experience on construction sites
  • Experience in managing own technicians and subcontractors
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) desirable
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel, and driver's license (Class B)
  • Assertiveness, resilience, and teamwork
