Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Employee (m/f/d) in Flandreau, SD:

  • Independent inspection, repair, maintenance, and servicing of production equipment and its utilities such as compressed air, water, heating, cooling, crane, and pneumatic systems
  • Ensuring smooth execution of relevant maintenance and repair work, as well as coordinating external contractors as directed
  • Creating maintenance schedules and documenting completed work
  • Assisting with procurement of spare parts and independently carrying out minor modifications and projects
  • Analyzing potential hazards and addressing them in the maintenance area, as well as organizing preventive maintenance work
  • Adhering to prescribed quality standards and workplace safety regulations
  • Conducting workplace safety and maintenance trainings for maintenance and production employees
  • Availability for oncall duty and shift work
  • Willingness to operate a forklift and scissor lift

Your profile as a Maintenance Employee (m/f/d):

  • Completed vocational training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in maintenance of production equipment
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems/components
  • Indepth knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, pneumatics, and mechanics
  • Proficiency in handling mechanical and electronic equipment
  • Teamwork skills, good communication, and ability to handle stress
