    We are actively recruiting for an Accounting Manager/Controller to join the team who will report directly to the CEO and take ownership of the accounting and finance functions. In this role, you will also work closely with an active PE ownership group. Your insights will drive key decisions and shape the future of not only our finance function but also the direction of our business. You will have ownership over the financial controls of our existing companies and future acquisitions. Youll help with operational initiatives like new business integration and more

    The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and full of entrepreneurial grit. In short, this role requires you to be a strategic partner to the CEO not just an accountant.     What youll

    do:
    Holding company accounting and fi

    • nanceLead the accounting and finance department, including managing day-to-day bookkeeping, cash disbursements and bank accounts, and pay
    • roll.Prepare monthly GAAP financial statements as a consolidated holding com
    • pany.Model historical and future financial performance for our consolidated holding company and maintain consolidated rolling forecasts and cash flow project
    • ions.Oversee annual review process and federal and state tax fil
    • ings.Assist in the preparation of board materials and board presentat
    • ions.Develop, maintain, and own the monthly budget and forecast. Produce annual budgets and multi-year financial plans with sensitivity anal
    • ysis.Build enhanced and automated accounting and finance systems and procedures, including controls, documentation, and training with a focus on improving closing and reporting cy

    cles.
    Subsidiary-level accounting and f

    • inanceReview, compile, and/or prepare monthly GAAP financial statements for all acquired comp
    • anies.Communicate, engage, and interact with the leadership teams at our portfolio companies to create and track performance relative to company bu
    • dgets.Manage cash including monitoring balances, receipts, and disbursements, as well as maintaining rolling cash flow fore
    • casts.Track key performance indicators at acquired companies to find opportunities to optimize financial perfor
    • mance.Quantify the impact of new growth initiatives on financial performance and collaborate with teams to implement those growth initia
