    **Description**

    The Guest Services Representative is responsible for receiving, handling and dispatching all guest requests and incoming and outgoing communications courteously and professionally, with a positive and energetic attitude.

    **Job Overview:**

    Process incoming and outgoing communications courteously and professionally

    Receive, handle and dispatch all guest requests

    Answer basic guest questions

    Forward and direct reservation questions or needs to sales/reservations department

    Assist Front Desk with any guest related needs or questions to ensure Hilton Brand Standards are met

    **Job Requirements:**

    Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

    One year customer service experience

    Outstanding guest service and hospitality skills

    Critical thinking to help prioritize guest needs and resolutions

    Ability to multi-task and handle fast past environment

    Must be able to work Saturday, Sundays and Holiday

    Able to work a flexible schedule
