    We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager, Sales to join CB2, a company dedicated to providing high-quality, stylish home design at an affordable price, located in downtown Chicago.

    What you'll do:

    Leadership

    • In partnership with the Store Manager, manage workload, execute plans/strategies, and oversee critical metrics such as sales, visual, operations, and more.
    • Coach and develop store associates to drive professional growth and achieve sales goals.

    Job Knowledge

    • Focus on driving sales by acting as the Manager on Duty and collaborating with the management team during new season planning.

    Results Oriented

    • Analyze results, set goals to improve Key Performance Indicators, and ensure excellent customer service standards.

    Communication/Teamwork

    • Regularly communicate with the management team, stay updated on store initiatives, and share information with associates.

    What you'll bring:

    • A keen eye for design and home furnishings
    • 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience
    • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to delegate effectively
    • Demonstrated success in building a culture of teamwork and success
    • Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends
