Checking internal demand requests for completeness
Conducting market analyses including internet research or reviewing specialist literature and presenting alternatives if necessary
Rejecting procurement if costeffectiveness is not proven
Conducting negotiated tenders/price inquiries/direct awards
Initiating SAP management contract fulfillments
Creating purchase orders

This is what you bring:

Completed commercial training
Proficiency in Word, Excel, SAP, Lotus Notes and handling databases desirable
Proper and professional handling of work processes
Knowledge of the German Civil Code and procurement law (e.g. UVgO, VgV, VOL/A, VOB/A) desirable
