Our client is a non-profit organization for youth welfare in Bremen and plans, operates, and constructs non-commercial facilities for leisure, education, and sports with a diverse and competent range of services for children and adolescents. Our client cooperates with schools in the neighborhood as well as the entire region to create educational landscapes.
We are currently looking for a:
Executive Director of a Youth Welfare Association (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Strategic and operational management of the association
- Overall responsibility for all facilities, the headquarters, and all projects
- Responsibility for the business management, controlling, and corresponding documentation
- Responsibility for event organization and execution
- A significant part of the job is political networking, public relations, and ensuring financing
Your qualifications
- Degree in business administration and/or education
- Professional experience in the field of educational sports management
- Experience in youth work and youth support
- Experience in a municipal environment is advantageous
- Agile leadership, courage, and foresight
- Resource-oriented thinking and acting
- Enthusiasm and strong communication skills
