We, the team at WAVETOURS, are looking for someone to join our booking department with a focus on bus logistics and customer service.

Your task will be to accompany our customers on their journey, both over the phone and via email, to provide them with advice and support, and to ensure that their surfing experiences, as well as their departure with our Surfexpress, are unforgettable.

The position is initially for a period of 3 months with 40 working hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for planning and organizing our Surfexpress buses, ensuring that our guests arrive safely and comfortably at the best surf spots.
  • You will handle Surfexpress emails and ensure that all inquiries and bookings are responded to quickly and reliably.
  • Cancellations and changes to bookings are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will keep track of everything and always find a suitable solution for our guests.
  • As a point of contact for parents, guests, and team members, you are always friendly and helpful.
  • You will answer questions, take suggestions, and ensure that everyone feels comfortable with us.
  • Before the trips, you will organize team briefings to ensure that all employees are well
