**with a focus on media library

YOUR TASKS

As part of the media library team, you are responsible for setting up content in the ZDF media library
You take on the setting and approval of programs from various editorial teams
You keep track of all tasks and coordinate the processing of orders. This includes updating data, adjusting texts and components, as well as ordering and checking streams
You keep an eye on guidelines, workflows and timings
You are in close communication with editorial decisionmakers on the client's side

YOUR PROFILE

You are very familiar with the ZDF systems Sophora and Pharos
You are not afraid of new systems and applications
You have excellent organizational and communication skills
You are able to work in a focused, structured and independent manner, but also have a strong team spirit
You have a quick grasp and can keep track of things even in stressful situations
You work precisely and solutionoriented
You handle sensitive data responsibly
