    • HybridEmployment: Full Time RegularAbout the RoleThe successful candidate will join the R&D Development Services/Data Insights team, specializing in the management and development of Power BI services.
    This role demands strong collaboration with stakeholders and internal customers to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions.
    Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop Power BI services, ensuring efficient service deployment pipelines and workspace management.
    Design and architect data collection processes, including schema design and data storage solutions for various reporting purposes.
    Utilize Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory for architectural solutions, transitioning and enhancing data service capabilities.
    Engage with ETL tools and REST-oriented APIs for robust data integration management.

    Work with a variety of data sources such as Cosmos DB, Excel, SQL Server, Azure SQL, SharePoint Lists/Libraries, and Azure DevOps REST APIs.

    Implement change management and maintain source control for Power BI reports, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
    Create prototypes and mockups to aid in collaborative decision-making and to demonstrate proposed solutions.
    Act as a mentor to other team members, sharing knowledge and encouraging a culture of learning and development.
    QualificationsA minimum of 5 years' experience in Power BI development and service management.
    Strong background in data/reporting with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platforms.
    Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar cloud-based DevOps solutions.
    Ability to work flexibly across different time zones to accommodate global R&D teams and other team members.
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Demonstrated ability to design and implement technical solutions based on comprehensive business requirements.
    Positive attitude towards learning new tools and technologies.


    Salary Range:
    $128, $214,800.00This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training
