Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with over 7 years of proven expertise and extensive experience in crafting business narratives. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate business requirements.
Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize your knowledge of best practices to contribute to the design and architecture
Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and concise requirements.
Develop comprehensive configuration workbooks to guide the implementation and customization.
Design and implement data models that support the functional requirements of applications.
Create detailed functional designs that serve as the blueprint for the development of features and functionalities.
Prepare executive summaries that provide high-level insights for senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Understanding of Agile methodology, processes, and practices (Scrum)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders groups
