- Manage and support a Summer Camp Instructor staff of up to 10
- Manage and oversee extended day programs (before and after care)
- Ensure the summer camp site adheres to guidelines for operation, security, and risk management.
- Manage inventory and ensure material distribution to support each camp age-group
- Attend in-house training, as required, to learn guidelines for operation, security procedures and curriculum.
- Ability to commit to working at least 4 of 6 weeks in summer camp season.
- A bachelors degree in education or related field preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and risk management experience with K-12 students in a school, camp or similar environment.
- Proficient with e-mail, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.

Join the Club SciKidz Team We are seeking dedicated and passionate Camp Directors to support our STEAM Summer Camps at our Mequon location. As a Camp Director, you will manage day-to-day operation of the Day Camp Site. This includes managing and supporting a team of up to 10 Summer Camp Instructors who support the learning of campers in the preK-K, grades 1st-3rd and grades 4th-7th age groups in our full-day, week-long summer camps.
Our Summer Camp Directors create a positive, supportive, working environment for instructors and ensure each camper receives the Club SciKidz experience. Our hands-on, pre-camp training ensures that all our Camp Directors start the summer camp season confident in their ability to support instructors.
