    3428 Digital Marketing Assistant, Boston, MA 5+ Months

    Sigma Systems is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to work onsite with our team in Boston,MA

    Must be on-site

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Digital Engagement Team within Client's Development & Alumni Relations Office (DAR) with the intake, creation, proofing, and deployment of email communications.
    • Collaborate with partners across DAR and Client's schools and colleges to ensure the successful delivery of digital communications to the right alumni audiences.
    • Aid in the management of the internal email calendar to avoid audience overlap and exhaustion.
    • Help write, design, and build content across multiple communications channels including email, social media, and websites.
    Requirements:
    • BA/BS or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience working with a CMS
    • Understanding of digital marketing best practices
    • Experience with data analysis and translation and ability to present data effectively
    • Experience with programs like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
    • Must be detail- and deadline-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple daily tasks
    Preferred Skills and Experience:
    • Familiarity with an email marketing program-e.g., Anthology Encompass/iModules, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, etc.
    • Some familiarity in responsive web design and mobile optimization
