    Remote "Hunter" Role / New & Existing Accounts / Individual Contributor

    Veradigm Life Sciences is a rapidly growing business unit that provides innovative data, analytic and research solutions to the Life Sciences Industry, by leveraging Veradigm's vast EHR network, data and infrastructure. As AVP of Sales, you'll join a growing team of highly consultative sellers, helping to drive the growth and success of Veradigm''s Life Sciences Research Business.

    What you will contribute:

    • Generate new product revenue from pharmaceutical organizations by presenting our real world analytics solutions, negotiating sales contracts, and appropriately closing a sale
    • Build, maintain and manage a sales pipeline and forecast to achieve individual and team sales booking objectives and revenue goals
    • Document all sales pipeline activity in
    • Regularly communicate overall account status to sales and business leadership, including risk and upside
    • Position yourself as a real-world research subject matter expert and key conduit between Veradigm and your Pharma customers
    • Confidently and credibly prepare and deliver presentations, conference calls, executive discussions and related activities
    • Prepare, present and coordinate product proposals, RFIs, RFPs and related sales activities
    • Coordinate all sales efforts with sales support and delivery teams for client account status, answering questions and resolving issues

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) or equivalent work experience
    • 15+ years experience selling data solutions into the life sciences ecosystem
    • Strong understanding of RWD/RWE, registries, EHR, claims and studies
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem including Biopharma, health plans and payers, HCIT and patient engagement
    • 7+ years relevant leadership experience including responsibility for organizational objectives and measurements

    SKILL SET

    • Proven ability to build a personal book of business while concurrently managing sales quota attainment selling high value solutions
    • Team player who works collaboratively with colleagues across all levels of a cohesive organization
    • Proven track record of success building relationships with and selling solutions to Life Sciences clients.

    Travel Requirements:

    • 20-25% Occasional overnight, out-of-town travel required (day travel if located in the Northeastern U.S.)
    • Remote/home-based role
