Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to achieving business goals by advising and supporting management in operational and strategic decisions
  • Point of contact for the CFO, departments, local management, and local finance departments of subsidiary companies
  • Coordinate and support subsidiary companies in budgeting, forecasting, and yearend closing. Provide commentary on monthly reporting
  • Prepare profitability analyses and decision proposals
  • Develop subsidiary companies through benchmarking, identifying best practices, and sharing knowledge
  • Optimize reporting, budgeting, and investment processes together with controlling colleagues
  • Support M&A activities and assist with internal audits

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, and/or auditing
  • Professional experience in controlling at an internationally operating corporation
  • Independent and structured work style, entrepreneurial thinking, communication skills, and service orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office and general IT affinity
  • Excellent English skills, knowledge of another Eastern European language would be desirable
