'The most exciting place in a theater is the stage. Spotlights, music, and of course our international artists. This is exactly where we are looking for a specialist in event technology to join our team as an apprentice (m/f) starting in August Together with our technical team, you will ensure a smooth running of the show both on and off stage. You will support the stage manager and show technicians, work closely with the artists, and coordinate stage operations.


Your responsibilities

  • Assisting the artists in implementing their technical requirements
  • Accompanying all individual and group rehearsals
  • Preparing and checking the show technology before each rehearsal/event
  • Technically executing the entire show
  • Regularly checking, maintaining, and repairing all technical equipment
  • Consulting with management and technical leadership on technical improvements and purchases
  • Conducting an annual inventory of all technical equipment

Your profile

  • A good secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Musical basic training is a plus
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Teamwork and physical resilience
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (e.g. night shifts, weekends, holidays)
  • Creativity and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and caution
  • Foreign language skills (English, additional languages are a plus)
  • At least 18 years old
  • Driver's license class B
  • Willingness to travel
