In this forward-thinking residential and care project, around 170 seniors with various care and support needs feel at home.

For FAHRENKROEN in Hamburg - Bramfeld, we are looking for you as of now as a

HEALTH AND CARE ASSISTANT (m/f/d)

In full-time or part-time, you will provide intensive care for our residents and ensure their well-being. In addition, you will ensure basic care and support our nursing professionals.

YOUR PROFILE.

  • Completed training as a health and care assistant or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in inpatient or outpatient care
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Empathy, patience, and sensitivity
  • Enjoy working in a team and with people
  • COVID19 immunity proof in the form of completed COVID19
