    We don't sell to a customer just once; we want to be their jeweler for lifeBen Bridge Jeweler's store in Victoria Gardens is seeking a full-time sales associate.

    Our ideal candidate will have fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience.
    Ben Bridge Sales Associates are energetic and committed to creating unforgettable moments that leave lasting memories. They are self-starters, who love building lasting relationships. They work well independently and in small, close-knit teams. Our Sales Associates show merchandise with enthusiasm and creativity.

    Primary DutiesDevelop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experienceCultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customer when presenting merchandiseConnect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technologyInspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepiecesRequired Minimum QualificationsGoal oriented and sales driven with a passion to exceedPositive, enthusiastic, team-spirited work style, exhibiting company core values at all timesCommitment to outstanding customer serviceStrong attention to detail and high integrityBe flexible with work schedule, including holidaysExcellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in EnglishBilingual is a plus but not required.

    Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and educationMinimum of High School Diploma or equivalentRange:
    $ $20.24 per hourFluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    The full-time hourly schedule is designed to provide flex staffing during key events and peak selling times. You will be eligible for health and welfare benefits in addition to sales bonus, monthly incentives and SPIFFs.

    Other benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training and paid time off, such as:
    vacation, holidays, bereavement and jury duty. Paid training includes certification from the Gemological Institute of America (following completion of one year service time).

    In addition to our medical, dental and vision insurance, Ben Bridge Jeweler also offers a 401(k) plan with a company match.
