I have been in the mortgage industry for 20 years. During my last 3 years I have maintained employment as a hybrid operational manager,  assisting Underwriting, processing and  sales departments. I take great pride in my work assignments and receive instant gratification when completing my tasks. No job is too big or too small. I am thorough and have experience underwriting VA, FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, non  QM products. I am able to take a lead and convert it into a viable loa  transaction. Nurturing prospective borrowers is my passion. I take pride in helping the borrower with credit issues and by helping them obtain down payment assistance programs or grants.

20 year experience in operations, loan auditing, post closing, underwriting and processing all mortgage products. Experienced pricing and assisting sales team and maintaining profit and loss for net retail branch. Experienced in wholesale,  retail and correspondent lending.
