The Manager Walmart Services role is a crucial leadership position that will play a key role in reshaping how customers transition from shopping in-store to utilizing our omnichannel offerings.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive significant impact, enhance our operations, and introduce innovative solutions to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

    Your contributions will be instrumental in the growth and success of our eCommerce business.

    You'll make an impact by:
    Creating an exemplary omni experience
    • You'll help implement the wholistic omni engagement strategy for various digital capabilities, using customer insights to tell a cohesive story and create a seamless customer experience, influence merchant and marketing site strategy, new product on boarding, and more.
    Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders
    • You'll advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of digital store experiences.
    Telling a story through our store capabilities
    • You'll identify key trend forecasts, define the roadmap, and use data to tell telling a cohesive story on the strategy to onboard new customers to the Walmart appMonitoring health and performance through analytics and key metrics You'll facilitate the development of key metrics and dashboards to monitor the rollout of new omni solutions, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders to maintain cross functional roadmap alignment.

    Operating with excellence
    • You'll land the fundamentals and help scale best in class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.

    Minimum Qualification:
    Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in business or related field

    Preferred Qualification:3+ years related experience in merchandising, site merchandising, or related field2+ years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environmentStrong customer obsession focused on obtaining new eCommerce customersAnalytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisionsAbility to set clear objectives and performance measuresDemonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessaryAssertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
