We are currently seeking a certified geriatric nurse (m/f/d) for a full-time or part-time position at a senior care facility in the beautiful outskirts of Hannover, in GarbsenYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comprehensive execution of treatment and basic care, including instruction of nursing assistants
- Counseling and guidance for patients and their families
- Care planning and documentation
- Wound care, bandage changes, vital sign measurement (blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar), medication preparation and administration
