WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS: Chemical Technician

Chemical technicians plan experimental procedures and series, which they carry out, document and evaluate. They operate laboratory equipment and computers, clean and identify substances, and produce organic and inorganic preparations. In order to ensure safety for themselves and others, chemical technicians must follow special precautions, for example when handling hazardous substances. Therefore, protective equipment is also part of their daily work routine.

During the training, you will get to know many substances through preparative and analytical work and familiarize yourself with different techniques, such as photometry, chromatography, or spectroscopy.

After completing your training, you have numerous opportunities for further education, for example through further training as a chemical engineering technician, an industrial master in chemistry, or by pursuing a degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
