We are currently seeking a dedicated commercial IT employee (m/f/d) to join our IT Operations team as soon as possible.

Your tasks Your responsibilities will include coordinating operational tasks and providing support in first-level support for the IT Operations unit.

This includes:
Receiving inquiries in first-level support, providing direct assistance for standard telephone inquiries or general IT inquiries, forwarding issues to specialists, and creating corresponding tickets in the ticket system Coordinating the staffing of first-level support on site Scheduling and organizing IT orders Coordinating the onboarding of new employees Maintaining the IT inventory database, documenting hardware returns and exchanges, monitoring IT hardware stocks, and initiating timely reorders Coordinating the annual IT inventory Your qualifications Completed commercial training Good knowledge in the areas of cost, schedule, and project monitoring Affinity for the IT sector and IT systems, as well as excellent knowledge of the MS Office package Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a service-oriented mindset Organizational
