We are currently seeking a:

Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for Essen in part-time (Kopstadtplatz)

Responsibilities:

Providing highquality customer advice and support in the branch
Conducting money transfers, cash deposits and withdrawals, and handling administrative tasks related to the offered products
Performing necessary control functions during daily operations (cash desk, security)
Reporting to the regional manager and branch manager
Adhering to internal bank guidelines and relevant integrity and compliance policies

Qualifications:

Experience in cashier or teller roles
Sales experience and/or affinity for sales
Excellent German language skills
Good knowledge of foreign languages such as English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Turkish, etc.
Proficient in MS Office
Friendly, polite, and openminded demeanor
Strong customer orientation
Flexibility regarding working hours (M
