In the topic cluster "Vocational Qualification and Skilled Workers," you will make an important contribution to securing skilled workers and further developing vocational education.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced team leader (m/f/d) for personnel and communication topics at the KOFA (Competence Center for Skilled Worker Security) in Linden, MI.

This position is available immediately, either full-time or part-time, and is initially limited until June 30, 2025.


What you can expect from us:

  • You will lead a sub-team of currently eight employees, both professionally and disciplinarily.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with the entire KOFA team in cooperation with another team leader.
  • You will ensure the achievement of project goals and continuously develop the project concept.
  • You will manage project communication, website development, coordinate personnel matters, and set your own focus topics.
  • As a networkoriented and thinking personality, you will enjoy coordinating with the client and service providers (m/f/d) and maintaining contacts within the network.
  • You will also be responsible for budget control of project costs.

What we expect from you:


  • You have a degree or comparable qualification and several years of experience in research, project work, and organization.
  • Knowledge of PR/public relations is advantageous.
  • You are familiar with skilled worker security and have a sense for digital topics.
  • With your personality and communication skills, you motivate and develop your team, always keeping the individual
