Our holistic model also extends assistance to shelter, energy, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile medical/dental clinics.

* $25-$30/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

As a Maintenance Supervisor, your tasks will include:

Managing building maintenance and operations, ensuring facilities are up to standards
Overseeing equipment upkeep and safety inspections
Maintaining work schedules and coordinating projects
Providing general maintenance and supervising staff, focusing on training and development
Participating in recruitment and orientation processes

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
Four years experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, mechanical systems, and construction-related fields. This includes two years of supervisory experience.
First Aid certification within 90 days of employment
Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage. A forklift operator's license is preferred.
Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate projects, and interact professionally with various employees
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and maintenance tools
Skilled in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance
Ability to read construction documents and use computer programs like Word and Excel.
