- Direct and oversee department operations, from receiving to fulfillment, to support same-day shipping for all orders efficiently.
- Play a vital role in maintaining optimal staffing levels to meet production SLAs & KPI targets consistently.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating a safe, productive, and positive work environment.
- Coordinate workflow between departments seamlessly to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Evaluate department capacity and skills to align resources with objectives successfully.

- Provide operational support to address day-to-day challenges and drive both short-term and long-term goals.

- Promote a Change Management approach to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Ensure efficient merchandise flow through the distribution center.
- Occasional off-shift and weekend support may be required.
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or equivalent experience required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with budget management, process improvement, and SOPs.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and WMS systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in warehouse management and timekeeping systems.
- Collaborative team player with a dedication to cross-departmental cooperation.
- Regular on-site attendance and ability to work on the production floor.
- Capability to sit for extended periods in front of a computer.
- Operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to bend, crouch, kneel, and utilize fine motor skills.
