- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 10+ years related experience in a financial institution or regulatory agency, including a minimum of 10 years experience in direct legal, compliance, and/or enterprise risk management accountabilities is required.
- Strong leadership competencies coupled with 10 years of people management experience is required.
- Certification in a risk management or auditing discipline (CRCM, CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc.) is required.
