Are you a driven and highly motivated sales professional passionate about the built environment? We seek a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team of high-performing sales professionals.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment.
We're looking for someone with proven sales success or someone who comes from the buyers' side in local government, K-12, higher education or healthcare, or finally someone who has technical expertise and looking to pivot into sales.
In this role, your day-to-day will consist of: Developing and executing a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets Building solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment Delivering consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and sharing this knowledge with clients Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry 5-7+ years of proven sales experience in Master Systems Integration, Building Automation Systems, and Energy Efficiency with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Or, have personal network and purchasing experience coming from the buyers' side within local government, K-12, higher education or healthcare.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent business experience required. Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities such as data centers required.
