Your tasks:

We are looking for you as an Air Freight Export Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) for our location in Ulm.

Your responsibilities:

Together with your team, you handle our air freight export shipments
You are responsible for compliance and execution of all customsrelated tasks
You plan precarriages
Furthermore, you handle order processing through our forwarding system
In addition to providing telephone support to our customers, you also handle correspondence with customers, service partners, and our international organization

Requirements:

Your profile:

You have successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
First professional experience in the air freight export sector is advantageous
Fluent English skills in spoken and written form and proficiency in common MS Office applications are required
Previous knowledge of the ATLAS customs system is advantageous/desirable
