As part of our permanent placement services, we are currently seeking a responsible and ambitious Head of Permanent Placement for one of our prestigious clients in the staffing industry.

This role will focus on expanding the business in the field of engineering and high potential in the state of Saxony (Leipzig, Dresden, or Zwickau).


Your future responsibilities:


  • Developing and establishing the permanent placement business (high potential)
  • Building your own team of recruiters and placement specialists
  • Providing professional and disciplinary leadership to your team
  • Motivating and developing team members, as well as onboarding new employees
  • Budget responsibility for recruiting and marketing activities
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and reporting on business performance
