    Job Description

    Job DescriptionIn-House Bookkeeper/AccountingNorth HollywoodOnsite Monday- Friday 9:00am-5pm$20-22/hrTemp-to-Hire Position
    1. Strong knowledge and experience in financial statements, and bookkeeping
    2. Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording data
    3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into accounting software
    4. Protect confidentiality and security of financial, client, and proprietary information always.
    5. Enter key daily financial data for multiple entities, including all bank and credit card transactions, into the company database
    6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly statements and reconciliations.
    7. Perform administrative tasks related to filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
    8. Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
    9. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    10. Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to multitask effectively.
    11. Excellent time management abilities; skilled at prioritizing diverse tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    12. Understanding of Generally Accepted Principles (GAAP)
    13. Familiarity with payroll taxes and accounting principles
    14. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records
    15. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    16. QuickBooks Software experience required
