Responsibilities:

  • Creation of standard employment contracts, references, and certificates
  • Support of the HR department in monitoring, processing, and further developing all personnel processes
  • Preparation and transmission of salaryrelevant data to the internal payroll department
  • Coresponsibility for applicant management and support of the HR department in onboarding new employees
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with deadlines and timelines

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in personnel management
  • First professional experience in the HR field
  • Secure and uptodate knowledge in the areas of labor, tax, and social security law
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs and affinity for softwarebased processes
  • Proactive, independent, and very meticulous work style
  • Friendly and openminded demeanor with a strong service mindset and enjoyment of teamwork
