    We are seeking an in-home Service Technician to join our growing team Our company provides high-quality water purification & filtration services for homeowners in Knoxville, TN. As a service technician, you would be responsible for servicing the equipment of existing customers. Grow your skills, income, and career path as a team member of our rapidly expanding organization.

    We Provide Training

    • Industry certification/s paid by PerfectWater.
    • On-the-job training

    What Does This Position Look Like Daily?

    • Complete 3 to 5 service appointments per day
    • Run and manage your own (PerfectWater-provided) service vehicle
    • 7 am to 3 pm - 6 pm
    • Combination of solving problems and running routine maintenance
    • Interact with homeowners
    • Strong support team to help you every day, all-day
    • Receive commission bonuses for service upgrades and sales

    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
    • Perform routine preventative maintenance
    • Follow repair/maintenance procedures
    • Interface with customers using skillful communication, respect, and caring for personal property.
    • Help build up and encourage other team members
    • Daily truck maintenance includes restoring truck to a neat and organized condition.

    ​Qualifications:

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
    • Familiarity with basic power tools and hand tools
    • Ability to handle physical workload - requires occasional heavy-lifting
    • Ability to learn
    • Experience being an in-home service technician
    • Good attitude
