    Description
    Valencia County Community Outreach & Partnership Manager


    The position's primary purpose is to be a thought partner with community stakeholders and staff, setting strategic direction using grassroots, community-driven solutions, working with a highly collaborative team to address disparities in north central NM around educational attainment and family stability in order to successfully help each person reach their potential.


    Additional Areas of Responsibility:

    Minimum 85% Time:
    Implement the Resilient Communities project in Valencia County.
    Work in partnership with Community Outreach teammates to share best practices and communicate progress.

    15% Time: Execute occasional outreach to Bernalillo County area leaders, agencies, and neighborhood groups to identify key needs of residents and gaps in services.

    Other Information/Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in social work, family studies, human services, education, communications, psychology, or a related field.
    Five years' experience in community organizing, education, social work, youth development, human services, or other related field.
