    Join a dynamic team with Talis Group's client located in Evansville, IN, where exceptional customer service, a positive work culture, and premier equipment brands are the cornerstones of their success. They are a leading provider of power equipment, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to their valued dealers. As they continue to grow, they are hiring a talented Field Sales Manager to lead the Territory Reps to even greater heights in their 4-state region. The position does require the candidate to live in the Evansville area. Company offers health, life, dental, 401k match and profit sharing along with $100-$150k base plus bonuses. Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. Highlighted Duties:
    • Oversee a team of 9 Territory Representatives across 4 states.
    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Territory Reps to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets; maintain safety initiatives and have strong product knowledge.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expansion within assigned territories.
    • Develop content with vendor partners and implement sales training on the product platform to Territory Reps and Dealers
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
    • Develop relationships with channel partners to assess potential needs
    • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners.
    Highlighted Requirements:
    • Must be able to travel 60-70% to support Territory Reps and Dealers across IN, KY, IL and MO
    • Previous experience in territory sales management is required
    • Proven track record of successfully leading, motivating, coaching and training sales representatives.
    • Experience in sales within the power, agriculture, or construction equipment industries is highly desired.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to travel for trade shows and equipment demonstrations
    • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
