    Description


    Marketing Coordinator MC0424 We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Sanders Brothers.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, construction, possess a solid understanding of various marketing channels, have a track record of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies in order to promote Sanders Brothers and what we have to offer as a company.

    This role will involve activities away from a traditional office such as recruiting events, school programs, visits to construction sites with the objective to help build content in promotion of the company's values and image.

    Sanders Brothers is a locally owned and operated heavy civil construction company founded in 1962. We have more than 300 construction specialists working across the Charleston metro area.


    Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:


    Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectivesExecute and monitor marketing campaigns across various channelsGenerate engaging and relevant content for online and offline platformsManage and update the company's website, blog, and social media profilesCollaborate with members of other departments to produce compelling company contentConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunitiesAnalyze behaviors and adjust marketing strategies accordinglyMaintain and enhance the company's brand imageEnsure consistency in messaging across all marketing materialsIdentify opportunities to promote the Sanders Brothers' brand Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaignsProvide regular reports with insights and recommendationsCoordinate with HR department for recruiting events, company social activities, charity events, company meetings, etc.

    Assist in building employee recognition programAssist in building trades campaign for local educators/schoolsQualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field3 years of proven experience in marketing roles (preferred)

    Computer savvy with Microsoft and Google platforms Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creationProficient in marketing analytics toolsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideasWillingness to spend time on construction job sites obtaining content and interacting with employeesBenefits:
