Job Summary:


Full-time


As a Home Inspector and Territory Specialist at Ellingwood Pro Home Inspection, you will play a dual role, overseeing and expanding our operations within your designated territory, and conducting home inspections.

This role is pivotal in driving business growth and success, while upholding our high standards of professionalism and expertise. Expect to spend 30+ hours per week conducting inspections and marketing services.


Key Responsibilities:


Home Inspections:


  • Perform Residential Inspections according to company guidelines to include state and InterNACHI Standards of Practice
  • Maintain licensure and continuing education for assigned service areas
  • Complete all assigned training
  • Prepare sameday inspection reports with highquality images
  • Carry out broker office visits according to a communication plan
  • Develop training aids and write industry blogs as assigned
  • Continue to improve inspection narratives

Territory Specialist:


  • Collaborate in crafting and executing a territoryspecific growth plan to enhance the company's presence in the market.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint opportunities for business expansion.
  • Provide regular performance reports on your territory and suggest strategies for improvement.

Customer Service:


  • Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout the inspection process.
  • Ensure all inspections meet the highest standards and adhere to agreedupon timelines.
  • Implement and adhere to company quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of inspection reports.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Home Inspector or Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property inspections, construction, and building codes (Previous residential building experience or small business ownership is a plus).
  • Licensed/Certified in Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland or must obtain certification prior to employment.
  • Radon certified within 90 days of hire
  • Wooddestroying organism certified within 90 days of hire
  • Mold certified within 90 days of hire
  • Drone certified and licensure within 90 days of hire
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and established professional relationships are advantageous.
  • Territory management and sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with technology and must have a Cell phone with data plan.
  • Ability to problemsolve and engage in professional conversations with real estate agents and customers.
  • Positive attitude, strong presence, and energy.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces, enter attics, and stand for extended periods of time.

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
