Your responsibilities:


  • Independent and timely procurement of production, service, and maintenance materials, including reminder management
  • Processing of order confirmations
  • Continuous communication and coordination with suppliers
  • Maintenance of purchasing master data in the merchandise management system

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good knowledge of working with a merchandise management system
  • Professional experience in procurement or materials management is an advantage
  • Communicative and friendly demeanor
  • Organizational skills and resilience
  • Strong team and cooperation skills
  • Structured, reliable, and independent work style
