    Job Title: Head of Alternatives Sales Specialists

    Job Description: The Head of Alternatives Sales Specialists role is pivotal in overseeing a dedicated business development team focusing on institutional, global family office, and high-net-worth asset owners and advisors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of exceptional alternatives business development specialists.
    • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring, expanding, and monetizing strategic alternative investment relationships across various client segments.
    • Manage sales pipeline and closures.
    • Act as a subject matter expert in alternative investments, providing insights and solutions to clients.
    • Collaborate with different business teams to address client needs and lead the structuring of new products.
    • Enhance interactions with clients and provide ongoing support.
    • Stay informed about investor demand and market trends.
    • Aid in creating marketing materials and presentations.
    • Ensure the company's brand and capabilities are well-represented in the investor community.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record in fundraising and relationship expansion.
    • Expertise in alternative investment strategies.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Team player with exceptional project management and leadership abilities.
    • Experience in business development within alternative investment firms.
    • Knowledge of Private Equity, Venture Capital, Credit, and Hedge Fund strategies.
    • Well-connected within the industry.
    • Bachelor's degree with an MBA, CFA, or CAIA preferred.
