    Are you passionate about luxury consumer goods and exceptional client experiences? We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team at the Christofle boutique in Chicago. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, building client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique.

    Job Description

    As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face of Christofle, providing top-notch client service, developing client relationships, and supporting boutique operations. You will work closely with various teams within the boutique to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve and exceed sales goals
    • Develop and maintain client relationships
    • Provide exceptional client service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
    • Assist with after-sales requests such as engraving and repairs
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards
    • Assist in inventory management
    • Execute POS transactions

    Competencies

    The ideal candidate will have excellent selling, communication, and organizational skills. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for luxury goods and creativity.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience
    • Passion for luxury consumer goods

    Working Conditions

    As a Sales Specialist, you can expect to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays. The role may involve lifting, standing for extended periods, and working during peak seasons and events.
