Essential Job Functions
- Work with Department Leads to enforce all HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to implement changes in HR policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.
- Research compensation standards set by industry and local region.
- Oversee exit interviews and procedures.
- Manage employee development and appreciation.
- Compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Work with third party administrators and accounting department to administer employee benefit programs.
- Work with accounting to ensure the accuracy of the biweekly payroll process.
- Provide applicable safety training topics to department leads for shop employees.
- Comply with OSHA annual posting and reporting.
- Maintain employee training records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, training, and developmental skills
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations.
- Time management and organizational skills
- 5 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment and a working knowledge of employee insurance coverage, 401K plans and payroll

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
