Job DescriptionThe eCommerce Specialist will work with and support the eCommerce Manager to develop, drive, and grow sales with Amazon Vendor Central, eBay Motors, and other digital marketplaces.

The eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and visualizing data in Excel (inventory, pricing, fill rate reports), assembling/creating digital content for email marketing campaigns, and monitoring the overall aesthetic of our 3rd party sales channel presence.

Role RequirementsConfident working with large Excel files (VLookup, Pivot Tables, Charts & Graphs, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

Processes basic web technologies and software (browsers; basic HTML is a plus; FTP, Dropbox, MS Office suite, etc.).Familiarity with SEO to monitor and optimize digital content and make suggestions to improve listing performance and healthManage & develop consumer-friendly content, ensuring relevancy and accuracyFollow brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standardsParticipate in project brainstorming and concept development.

Participate in online strategy development with the executive teamSupport eCommerce Manager with ad hoc projectsDevelop a personal project management plan to track your progress, document & achieve milestonesCreate documentation for new processes and task completionPlan and manage online marketing calendarsUpdate/Upload/Import/Export content managed areas (copy & media)Investigate and report any operational/technical issuesProduce status reports to track your efforts, tasks, and timelinesEnsure marketing content is current and refreshed as necessaryQualifications"Must-Have":
Proficient with Excel functions and formulas (VLookup, Pivot Tables, Charts & Graphs, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce associate, including Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Walmart, Ebay.
Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce.
Unrivaled organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills.
Phenomenal market research skills.
Superb data analysis and report writing abilities.
Eager about the role of technology in promoting businessNice-to-Have:
