- Drive Analysis of Financials and reporting to Business Controller Kaye
- Assure correctness of accounting in regards of balance and P&L accounts, cost centers, IC revenues
- Monitoring of SG&A and burden purchases and assure correctness of accounting
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of Kaye financials within Amphenol Thermometrics Inc in Amphenol reporting tools
- Monitoring of CAPEX spends of fixed assets accounts, approvals incl. depreciation and rental fleet for Kaye division of Amphenol Thermometrics Inc.
- Run AR Management - monitoring past due AR items, run dunning process, monitoring of prepayment of customers, charging customer's credit cards for payment purposes, review and approve customer's credit limits and payment terms
- Assure and maintain past due AP balances and drive necessary actions
- Analyzing, maintaining and oversee accrual accounts and ensure correctness of accruals
- Run reconciliations between sub-ledgers, back-up documentation and other information with general ledger for all Kaye relating balance sheet and P&L accounts within Amphenol Thermometrics Inc.
- Analyzing of inventory balances, calculation of E&O provision
- Assist in analysis and updates of Standard Costs revision for Kaye inventory within Amphenol Thermometrics Inc.
- Analyzing inventory variances (e.g. Purchase Price Variances, Material Usage Variances, Labor Variances) and drive necessary actions
- Identify and run improvements in processes, quality, and speed of accounting
- Report on demand requests by Business Controller Kaye
- Work close with other departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, R&D, HR, etc.)
- Posting of g/l bookings in Oracle 12i
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or other financial degree field.
