- Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing reports, records, correspondence, and other documents; enters and retrieves data utilizing a computer data base program; drafts minutes.
- Answers inquiries, provides information and resolves complaints from the public or employees, regarding assigned functions and activities, which often requires the use of judgement and the interpretation of policies, rules, and procedures.
- Reviews, recommends, and implements new or improved policies and procedures; assists with ensuring department compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
