    Job Title: Business Growth Manager



    Overview:



    We are a respected business operating nationally in the field of temporary site solutions, delivering a broad range of equipment and services to construction sites, organized gatherings, and even individual homeowners or enterprises. We are looking for an Account Manager in Denver to specifically expand and oversee our presence within the special gatherings sector. Denver's vibrant scene demands our services at concerts, sports events, festivals, amusement parks, competitions, and any occasion expecting a large crowd.



    Anticipate a mix of pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining accounts, and excellent project management. The ideal candidates should have a solid sales background and be familiar with supporting Denver's bustling events community.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement a strategic business strategy that consistently achieves quarterly and yearly sales targets
    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business prospects and high-profile regional opportunities
    • Stay abreast of competitors' trends and devise/execute strategies to remain competitive
    • Oversee the complete sales process; from qualifying an opportunity to contract negotiation and deal closure
    • Create and deliver business proposals to potential clients
    • Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring its accuracy and maximizing its effectiveness
    • Collaborate with internal sales colleagues to transition and expand Corporate and Key account reach
    • Recognize customer needs and trends, establish a sales pipeline for short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals
    • Coordinate with internal teams to smoothly shift new business to account management units
    • Analyze new business integration, develop strategies and stances accordingly
    • Handle the proposal response process, meeting detailed RFP requirements and generating content
    • Provide support for deal structuring and pricing through business-value assessments, negotiating prices for bids and proposals
    • Stay updated and share professional insights through education, networking, and participation in events
    • Execute all assigned duties as required

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of successful external sales experience, preferably within a related field
    • Maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check
    • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
    • On-target earnings: $120,000, with top performers making $150,000 and above
    • Comprehensive benefits package inclusive of vehicle reimbursement, mileage, and additional perks
