    As the West Region Service Sales Manager, you will lead the West sales team and deliver sustainable and profitable growth within Electrification services, Marketing & Sales.


    You will work closely with your team on promoting high-value service solutions with an emphasis on Advisory Services, Retrofits / Upgrade solutions and aftermarket parts.


    This position is full-remote, however successful candidates must currently reside in one of the following states: California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington.

    Your responsibilitiesLead and develop solution sales activities for and demand of service solutions through both direct end customer interactions as well as through channelsLead cadence with BDMs (Business Development Managers) weekly to drive Service pursuits and progress in the funnelDevelop BDM domain expertise in targeted service solutionsClosely interact with ComOps & Application Engineering Leader to ensure tight coordination on customer and application focusCollaborate with the West Region Operations Leader to drive strategy alignment between field operations and commercial teamManage sales activities with emphasis on strategic profitable growth and predictable forecastingDevelop the Services sales and plans and coordinate with the US Services marketing leader on region marketing needs in line with the LBU and global strategic plansLead activities on Services sales team for maintaining and expanding customer relationships, ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their businessMeet or exceed assigned sales budget in targeted Services business segmentNegotiate and make offers in accordance with company proceduresInterface with large End User accounts to ensure consistent global support at a local area with emphasis on DtC and Utility as well as high density installed base customersDrive sales activates and account plans through SFDC )Stay tuned with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

    Identify emerging opportunities, threats, and potential partnerships that can enhance our position Support Product Management & Marketing teams with specific value propositions from each of the application sales teamsEnsure compliance with all safety and work rules and regulationsYour backgroundBachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) with 12 years of relevant experience working as sales/ business development with Electrical Power Delivery Infrastructure and/or Services, OR Associate degree (Technical preferred) with 14 years of relevant experience working as sales/ business development with Power Delivery Infrastructure and/or Services strongly preferred.

    While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $136,400 and $227,600 annually and is bonus eligible.
