At our main branch in Hamburg, AllCon offers you an exciting opportunity as a CNC lathe operator (m/w/d). Join our growing team and support us and our clients.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independent and responsible work on our manual and CNC-controlled lathes
  • Operating and setting up our lathes
  • Creating and optimizing machining programs
  • Checking finished components
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes in production and organizational structure A challenging task:
  • Completed training in metal processing (e.g. machining, precision tool or industrial mechanic) or extensive professional experience
  • Good knowledge of turning operations
  • Experience in programming CNC lathes is desirable.
