- Provide general LVN duties while offering personalized 1:1 care to support the elementary student's medical needs throughout the school day.
- Assist the student with activities of daily living, medication administration, and other healthcare procedures as required.
- Monitor and manage the student's condition, including Diabetes management, G-Tube feeding, and Tracheostomy care, adhering to established protocols and physician instructions.
- Collaborate with school staff, healthcare professionals, and the student's family to ensure a holistic approach to care and support the student's educational and medical needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, observations, and munication regarding the student's health status.
- Licensed LVN in the state of California.
- Demonstrated experience in providing care to individuals with Diabetes, G-Tube feeding, and Tracheostomy care.
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
