Duration of training: 3 years - possible reduction to 2.5 years

Your tasks:

Acceptance of orders and control of documents
Processing of complaints, correspondence and coordination of appointments
Disposition, monitoring and control of national and international container transports
Invoice and credit note control
Customer and supplier support
Teamwork in individual departments and collaboration with other departments
Coordination of work processes and scheduling
Communication with customers, drivers and forwarding companies
Accompaniment and control of business processes along the logistics chain
Recording of all relevant data using inhouse processing software
